Admission Rules & Regulations

At the commencement of every academic year, as of now, fresh students are admitted into the school in all classes. The candidates for admission are required to bring along with them their mark sheet and TRANSFER CERTIFICATE issued by the previous school attended & PEN NO. except for pre-primary classes. Date of birth once registered will not be altered. Admission will be made on the basis of a competitive test.

The Admission Committee reserves to itself the right to refuse admission to any student without furnishing any reasons.

For withdrawal of a student from the school a calendar months’ notice must be given in writing, otherwise a calendar month’s fee will be charged

The school management, acting through the principal will request the withdrawal of a student who fails for two consecutive years in the same class.

General Admission Policy

  • Admission is open to students for the classes from pre-primary to XII.

  • Registration form is valid for one academic year only. Registration fee is non-refundable.

  • Sibling’s will be given preference provided a seat is vacant

  • The student is required to fulfill the age criteria as per government rule.

  • Foreign nationals need to submit relevant documents as per Govt. of India rules and regulations

  • Age-appropriate aptitude test/psychometric tests are administered to identify basic skills of a child in language/maths/science. These tests are administered to help the child and parent and in turn for the school to understand the child’s ability.

  • Children with special learning needs, abilities and challenges will be evaluated on case to case basis as per the laid standards and practices.

  • In case of cancellation of admission, admission fee and school fee will not be refunded.

Admission Procedure

  • Registration to be completed by paying the Registration fee (non-refundable)

  • Registration form to be legibly filled and submitted to the school office with all relevant documents.

  • Admission will be considered confirmed on receipt of Admission Fee (non-refundable).

  • Admission to be confirmed within two weeks. The school has the authority to grant the seat to someone else in case of non-communication and non-receipt of fee and documents within the stipulated time

  • Current school Transfer certificate (original)

  • Report Card of the previous class (photocopy)

  • 35 mm x 35 mm picture of the student-4 nos

  • Birth Certificate (photocopy)

Very Important

  • It will be the personal responsibility of the parent to inform the school in writing,

if the student is undergoing any medical treatment/medical ailment/allergies

etc. at the time of Registration. The school does not administer any kind of

medical treatment/medication.

Timing of the school

Summer : 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Winter : 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

 

1. Parents should send their ward in proper school uniform on all the working days, PTM, School Function & Activities.

2. Hair Style

Boys: Gentleman Cadet cut.

Girls: Neatly tied-up hairstyle.

3. I-Card is compulsory for all students.

 

Co curricular activities

(A) The house students take part in games, sports, debates and other school activities

(B) Participation in inter house activities and school functions is obligatory.

(C) Failure participant will be punished as deemed fit by the principle. All students shall attend classes and other functions of the school regularly and neatly by dressed in the prescribed uniform.

Attendance and Leave

(A) Minimum 80% attendance will be required to attend the examinations.

(B) Leave to the pupil for absence is granted only on an application addressed to the principal through class teacher submitted in time definitely the same day or the next day in unavoidable circumstances duly signed by the legal guardian.

(C) The period of leave with region should be recorded in the pupil’s diary by the parents.

(D) For a long absence more than a week, a medical certificate is required by producing from a government medical doctor with leave application.

(E) More than one month absence not giving any prior written information needs the name of the student shall be struck off the register.

(F) To be present on national holidays and other school cultural days is mandatory. Absence on these days will be punishable except in case of sickness, which should be noticed to the principal in time with strong evidence.

Mode of Fee Payment

(A) The fee is payable in advance in each month in the school office between 1st and 20th. If the fee is not deposited by the dates the name of the students shall be struck off the attendance register from the next month.

(B) School bus fees are charged 12 months.

(C) Irregularity in payment of fee before any test no one will be allowed to appear the examination.

(D) Rs 50 is charged for the late payment for one month but for the two month is the late payment fine goes to Rs 100 and consecutively three months, name of the students is struck off and further re-admission charge is charged.

Important Rules

(A) The following disciplinary measure may be adopted by the school authority in dealing with erratic pupils who indulging in any of the forbidden practices.

(B) The principal of the school who is satisfied that, a pupil has indulged in any of the forbidden practices may warn or impose a fine on the pupil under intimation to his parents or legal guardian of the school student only.

(C) School buses are provided to school students only.

Some Important Information for Guardians

(A) Check the diary of your world regularly.

(B) Check the copies homework and class work properly.

(C) Ensure that your ward attends the school neatly both in person and uniform.

(D) Attending the guardian meeting is compulsory, in case you are unable to attend the meeting give prayer information in written to the principal.

(E) Parents are not allowed to go into study campus without the permission of the principal.

(F) In subordination cheating, stealing, destroying, School property, regular late coming and other acts of indiscipline are sufficient regions to expel a student from the school.

(G) The school is not responsible for the loss of any valuable things brought by the student.

(H) Any damage to school property cannot be excused.

(I) The school office and the free counter are remain opened on all working days from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..

Admission Rule

(A) Admission test is conducted by the school on the dates notified by the principal.

(B) A student, who qualifies the written and oral test, will be allowed to take admission.

(C) At the time of admission the selected student has to deposit his or her transfer certificate and progress report of the last examination of his/ her previous school.

(D) Admission test shall be English, science and mathematics only for the students from UKG to 9th and 11th Commerce/ Science.

(E) Birth certificate is required at the time of admission which should be issued, either by the municipality or gram Panchayat. Date of birth once recorded will not be changed at any cost.

School Calendar

The school follows the following terms in the calendar -

(A) The academic year is from April to March.

(B) Summer vacation is for about 50 days during May and June.

(C) Other holidays throughout the year are noticed separately.

Withdrawal

(A) If parents want to withdraw their ward, an application for withdrawal should be submitted to the principal.

(B) SLC/ TC will be issued after 3 days of the submission of application along with the prescribed fee and dues, if any by the parents.

(C) Those asking SLC/ TC, prior to the prescribed time i. e. three days will have to pay extra fee.

(D) Generally a duplicate copy of SLC/ TC is not issued.

(E) Those seeking a copy of duplicates SLC/ TC will have to submit an affidavit on stamp paper signed both by the student and the guardian.

(F) The school authorities may issue a duplicate SLC/ TC after complete verification of all facts and realising the prescribed fee for it.

(G) Further copies of SLC/ TC will not be issued in any case.

(H) In no case SLC/ TC will be issued prior to 24 hours.

Scholarship and Awards

(A) One of the unique features of the school is awarding scholarship (Rs 6000 to Rs 10,000) to every meritorious student who gets 95% and above marks in aggregate in the Annual exam.

(B) Best athletes from junior and senior groups, both boys and girls gates free studentship for next year. Best actor and actress in the annual function are also awarded free studentship.

(C) From 6th to 11th the top most students securing 95% or above are awarded free studentship for the next year.

(D) Best student of the year is awarded free student ship for the next year.

Tour picnic

School arranges tour for the senior classes and picnic for junior classes.

 

GENERAL RULES FOR STUDENTS

1. Students are required to bring their Handbook to school everyday. It must have passport size student photograph and information signed by parents.

2. Students who come to school by their own transport should arrive the school Timing 5 Minute before the students is allowed to come to school.

3. Students are expected to respect the property of others. This includes respect for school property. Student should not damage school furniture, or write or draw anything on walls, furniture or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the Class Teacher or to the Principal.

4. No student should indulge in any of the following practices namely:

  • Spitting in or near the school building.
  • Disfiguring or otherwise damaging any school property.
  • Spitting in or near the school building.
  • Smoking.
  • Any form of gambling.
  • Rowdyism and rude behaviour.
  • Use of violence in any form.
  • Casteism/Communalism or practice of Untouchability.
  • Abusive language.

5. The school is not responsible for loss of goods. The students must not bring valuable articles (like cell phones, pagers, cameras, etc.) to the school.

6. Students must not wear any jewellery in the school (like chains, rings, bangles, bracelets). Girls may wear only one pair of small earrings or studs only.

7. Students who come to school in care of Guardian should never leave before the servant arrives. In case of delay they should report to the school office. Those who go home alone should be prompt in returning straight home.

8. Students are expected to be polite wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet their teachers when they meet them. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences.

9. Lending and borrowing of money and other articles is not permitted.

10. Movement between classes: Students in transit between classrooms, library, transport, practical labs, games and work experience locations are expected to walk briskly in a line maintaining absolute silence. Running in corridors is prohibited. Leaving the classroom without permission of teacher is not permitted.

11. Meetings with teachers: If the ward’s progress is unsatisfactory, parents are welcome to contact the Principal and Academic Head, and through them the class teacher or subject teacher concerned to discuss what remedial measures are to be taken. However, appointments formality must be made through the office only. Direct contact with the teacher is forbidden. PTMs are held regularly for this purpose.
